New Zealand Motorhomes is New Zealand's Premier Online Booking Service. This is a FREE service. New Zealand Motorhomes is an Authorized Agent for all the listed companies. We have located the best Motorhome Rentals at the best rates for you. Bookings details should include Credit Card details to initiate a booking or you may request to make payment via Cheque or Bank transfer in the comments box on the secure reservations page. Bookings are only fully confirmed once we receive a deposit.Your Credit Card details are secure through our high encryption booking form. New Zealand-Motorhomes will debit your Credit Card between 15% and 25% (depending on Model reserved) of the total daily hire rate as a Deposit to confirm a booking . The deposit required and final payment Terms are detailed on each Motorhome page and will be on your e-mail confirmation. This is a FREE SERVICE for you, our client. The rates displayed are the lowest rates available. Please conduct your reservation, amendments and cancellation through us, and not the Motorhome company, as this can cause confusion and conflict - and they usually charge higher rates. Please use the GUEST BOOK located on each motorhome page, to give us feedback.

Bookings

In the event that the motorhome of your choice is unavailable at the time of submitting your reservation request (complete with credit card details) New Zealand Motorhomes will endeavor to find you an alternative motorhome of similar size, price and quality available at your requested dates for your consideration. We will only book an alternative Model with your authority. Late Bookings

In the event you wish to book a motorhome within 30 days of pick-up New Zealand-Motorhomes will either:

A) Debit your Credit Card between 15% and 25% (depending on Model reserved) of the total daily hire rate as a Deposit to confirm a booking. Remaining daily hire total payable at Depot at start of hire.
B) Debit your Credit Card for the Total daily hire amount.

The deposit required and final payment Terms are detailed on each Motorhome page and will be on your e-mail confirmation.

Reservation Alterations

Each accepted alterations to the original reservation attract a NZ$25 admin fee.The original daily rates published at time of reservation apply with the possible exception of Backpacker models as the operate on weekly smart rates. Please see the Backpacker model Terms and Conditions for clarification.

Company Liability

New Zealand-Motorhomes does not itself operate the transportation and does not accept responsibility for any act or omission on the part of those actually performing those services. Baggage and personal effects are the passenger's own risk/responsibility and bookings are only accepted on acceptance of these conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees, prior to pick-up are as follows:

40 Days and over: $150 Admin Fee
29 - 39 Days: 50% of deposit retained Min $150
20 - 28 Days: 25% of Total Reservation cost
10 - 19 Days: 50% of Total Reservation cost
1 - 9 Days: 75% of Total Reservation cost
No Show: 100% of Total Reservation cost
