IMPORTANT NOTE: A CREDIT CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD MUST BE PRESENTED UPON PICKUP OR THE CLIENT WILL BE DENIED RENTAL OF THE MOTORHOME AND FULL CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE APPLIED. Accepted are Visa Credit/Debit card & MasterCard Credit/Debit card and American Express Credit card.

THE SUPPLIED CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE DEBITED (IMPRINT ONLY) UNLESS THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT OR HAS DAMAGE

INSURANCE - STANDARD LIABILITY
With standard liability, your customers are liable for up to $5,000 per incident,($3,500 Highball & Double down) with unlimited liability in relation to overhead and underbody cover, as well as single vehicle rollover. Any damage to the Motorhome or any third party property during the hire will need to be paid during the vehicle drop off process. Costs incurred will be calculated and recovered at end of the hire, regardless of any independent cover they may have. Customers choosing a standard liability option will need to allow sufficient time at drop-off to enable a damage inspection.

The Mighty Inclusive Pack of NZ$52 per day (Highball & Double Down $42 per day) is payable in addition to the daily rental rate.
Reduction Option (Nil excess) Single vehicle rollover cover, Overhead and underbody damage,Extra Driver Fees, Linen exchange after 7 hire days (on request from Auckland, Christchurch or Queenstown) Picnic table, Picnic chairs (chairs per person travelling) **Baby / Booster seats and Portable fan heater both temporarily unavailable for Auckland pick-up, on request for all other locations if required

EXTRA DRIVER FEES
An extra driver fee of NZ$2 per day with maximum charge of NZ$30 applies. Included in Inclusive Pack.

ROAD USER CHARGE RECOVERY FEE
NZ$7.64 per 100 kms (Highball,Double Down, Deuce & Deuce Plus)
NZ$8.04 per 100 kms (Double Up & Big Six)

MINIMUM DAYS HIRE
Minimum and maximum rental periods apply and are subject to change.
Generally the minimum hire period is 5 days with the exception of Xmas & New Year where the minimum hire period is 10 days

Any applicable fees will be shown on "GET A FULL QUOTE " Page

LOCATION FEES
If picking up or dropping off in Queenstown a NZ$95 location fee will apply (if pick up/drop off occurs in same city, one fee applies).
In addition to any One Way fees if applicable

PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
A NZ$100 surcharge will apply to all rentals picking up and/or dropping off on National public holidays:

DRIVERS LICENCES
All drivers must be at least 21 years old (18 yrs for Highball &Double down) and hold a full and current New Zealand driver's licence, or an International Driving Licence, or a licence from the country of origin with an approved English translation by an accredited translator. No senior age limit applies.

Mighty In Vehicle tablet - Help at every turn
All vehicles are fitted with an in-vehicle TomTom GPS tablet to help you at every stage of your campervan holiday - features to help you find your way around, provide answers to questions you might have. Enable a WIFI Hotspot. Locate useful things like experiences near you, campgrounds, dump stations, petrol stations and LPG refill points via the Campermate app. Once at the branch for pick up, one of the Host crew will show you through your vehicle and explain a bit more about how the In-Vehicle tablet works.

CANCELLATION FEES

• If cancelled up to 61 days prior to pick-up ..............$250
• If cancelled from 60 to 22 days prior to pick up.......10% of Rental ($250 MIN)
• If cancelled from 21 to 7 days prior to pick-up ........20% of Rental ($250 MIN)
• If cancelled 6 to 1 days prior to pick-up ..................50% of Rental
• If cancelled on day of pick up or No-Show .............100% of Rental
• If vehicle is returned early there is no refund available for the unused days
• The cancellation fee period is based on New Zealand Standard time

Please note that if you change the travel dates of your booking and subsequently cancel:
• the cancellation fee applying to the original cancellation period will apply where you have postponed your travel dates; and
• the cancellation fee apply to the new cancellation period will apply where you have brought forward your travel dates

BOOKING AMENDMENTS WITH FLEX RATES
A NZ$25 fee will apply to amend a flex booking. If a change to a flex booking is made then the booking will be calculated by using the original flex rate if the hire is being extended at the end of the hire. If the hire length is being reduced/ or changing the pick-up date/ or changing the hirer name/ or a change of location/ or vehicle and the flex rate has increased then this higher rate will be applied.
