My partner and our two children (one being a six month old baby) and my partners parents and brother were travelling from Australia to New Zealand. The service I got from motor home-holidays was good. Communication was prompt, and the alterations / additions we requested was not a problem to the company. Having trawled the websites, this gave us the best value for money, the van met our families specifications and we managed to qualify for two special offers!

The motorhome we booked (United 4) was as described - very spacious, practical, bright and easy to drive. Even the fuel consumption was reasonable going the vast distances! The interior design was good - the seating was at the back of the van, so you could sit there looking out on the superb New Zealand views. This made into a huge king sized bed, and being at the back, there was easy access to get to the loo and the kitchen area. (Very important).

Since our holiday, i have recommended this van to several friends, and would consider using the company again.

Kia ora Ray and all at NZ motor-homes, we had a wonderful time in New Zealand. The motor home was fantastic , more spacious than we expected, and a pleasure to drive.
Everything about the process of hiring the motor home went smoothly, from the simple booking process to the moment the driver collected us from the airport to being dropped off 3 weeks later . At the takeover we were given a very thorough handover to confirm we were happy and understood how all the equipment worked in the motor-home, the staff were also extremely helpful in pointing us in the right direction to the nearest supermarket to stock up.

We want to thank you all once again for the very fine service, it really was the holiday of a lifetime. We have promised ourselves a return trip at some stage and will be contacting you again.

Our trip to NZ was the biggest event in our lives. Could we really cope with the whole experience of living and travelling in a motorhome for 4½ weeks? Afterall we had not even had a caravan holiday in this country!!

We needed a company that could meet all our needs, answer our basic questions and your website was by far the best. The photos of the inside of the motorhome were clear and helpful.
The Q & A section proved a great asset.
It was a great plus to be picked up at the hotel in Auckland. We found the staff at the depot helpful and reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble and instructions on the motorhome were concise. The staff were happy to go over anything that we were unclear about.
It was an added bonus to be able to make a free phone call to you direct, about any problems that we needed to talk thro'.

Our one regret is that it was a once in a lifetime visit to such an amazing country.
