If you’re flying in to Auckland, does the campervan hire company operate from the airport? Want to check if there is free motorhome hire pickup and/or drop-off from depots in Auckland city?
Click on the link on "Important Arrival Information and Depot Location" which is on each motorhome rental page located just above the daily hire rate quote. Please note the campervan hire company depot operating hours. All information regarding Courtesy Transfers and Depot Location, Opening and Closing hours etc is on your Email Motorhome Confirmation.
Most motorhome companies offer courtesy transfers on the day of arrival and departure. Most depots are close to the Auckland airport. Companies offering the transfers will collect you in a shuttle bus and take you to their depot (they do not deliver the rental campervan).
Auckland Airport is located around 25 minutes from the metropolitan city centre. If the depot is not within the Auckland airport area, the Super Shuttle and Airbus Express are the cheaper options to a taxi which can be expensive.
