PICK-UP & DROP-OFF HOURS AND FEES
For Indie Campers depots in New Zealand, the standard pick-up time is 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm and the standard drop-off time is 8:00 am to 11:00 am.
If you need times outside those windows, this may be possible but can involve an out-of-hours fee and need approval.

MINIMUM DAYS HIRE
Our site will quote minimum charge. Please note e.g: if the minimum hire period is e.g. 7 days and you enter 5 days, the site will quote the 7-day minimum charge.

PAYMENT TERMS
An initial deposit will be secured at the time of booking confirmation. The balance will be collected 40 days before you pick up the vehicle.

DRIVERS LICENCES
Minimum required age for Indie Campers is 18 years of age and must be valid for automatic and manual transmission RVs. All drivers must carry a valid full license from their country of residence. If it is not in English, you must also present an International Driving Permit or a suitable translation. License must be valid for the entire rental period. CANCELLATION OPTIONS
Basic (Included) You'll get a 5% refund if you cancel at anytime, at least 24h before pick-up. No refunds for same-day cancellations.
Flexible (100% refundable): $19.91 / night. (Available in Hire Items). What if your plans change? You’ll receive a full refund for cancellations (including this fee) at least 30 days before pick-up, 50% up to 8 days before, or 5% up to 24 hours before (no refunds for same-day cancellations). Payments are flexible: pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% 30 days before check-in.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS
NZ$50 fee will apply to booking is made then the booking will be calculated by using the original rate if the hire is being extended at the end of the hire. If the hire length is being reduced/ or changing the pick-up date/ or changing the hirer name/ or a change of location/ or vehicle and the rate has increased then this higher rate will be applied.

CANCELLATION FEES
If cancelled more than 40 days before pick-up a refund less $250 for cancellations will be provided.
If cancelled between 39 and 11 days before pick-up the initial deposit is non-refundable and you will be charged 50% of the cost of rental.
If you cancel between 10 and 4 days before pick-up you will be charged 95% of the cost of rental
If you cancel less than 3 days before pick-up, or on the day of pick-up, or are a No Show, you will be charged 100% of the cost of rental.

There is no refund for late pick-up or early return
• If vehicle is returned early there is no refund available for the unused days
• The cancellation fee period is based on New Zealand Standard time
