IMPORTANT NOTE: A CREDIT CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD MUST BE PRESENTED UPON PICKUP OR THE CLIENT WILL BE DENIED RENTAL OF THE MOTORHOME AND FULL CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE APPLIED. Accepted are Visa Credit/Debit card & MasterCard Credit/Debit card and American Express Credit card.

THE SUPPLIED CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE DEBITED (IMPRINT ONLY) UNLESS THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT OR HAS DAMAGE

INSURANCE - STANDARD LIABILITY
With standard liability, your customers are liable for up to $7,500 per incident, with unlimited liability in relation to overhead and underbody cover, as well as single vehicle rollover. Any damage to the Motorhome or any third party property during the hire will need to be paid during the vehicle drop off process. Costs incurred will be calculated and recovered at end of the hire, regardless of any independent cover they may have. Customers choosing a standard liability option will need to allow sufficient time at drop-off to enable a damage inspection.

THE HIGH ROAD
NZ$53 per day(Max NZ$2,650) Nil excess but does not cover tyres/windscreens, overhead or Underbody damage

APOLLO VALUE PACK - LIABILITY REDUCED OPTION
The Apollo Inclusive Pack of NZ$68 per day (maximum NZ$3,400 per rental) is payable in addition to the daily rental rate.
Reduction Option (Nil excess) Unlimited Windscreen and Tyres, Single vehicle rollover cover, Overhead and underbody damage, Linen exchange after 7 hire days (on request) Picnic table, Picnic chairs (chairs per person travelling) 3x Toilet Chemicals, Booster/Baby seats, Portable Fan heater & Snow chains

MINIMUM DAYS HIRE
Site will quote Minimum charge. Please note eg: if the minimum hire period is say, 10 days and you enter example 8 days the site will quote the 10 day minimum charge.

ONE WAY HIRE FEES
Any applicable fees will be shown on " RESERVATION REQUEST, see all charges"" Page

LOCATION FEES
If picking up or dropping off in Queenstown a NZ$250 location fee will apply (only applied once) plus any applicable One Way fees

ROAD USER CHARGE
This is a Diesel Levy charged by New Zealand Government and the Motorhome Rental Companies pass this charge on to hirers.
The Kilometres travelled are assessed at hire end and charged to clients per 100 Kms Travelled (Only applies to diesel Vehicles)
4 Berth and + 6 Berth Toilet & Shower $8.04
All other Vehicles $7.64

PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
NZ$115 surcharge will apply to all rentals picking up and/or dropping off on National public holidays:

ANIMALS
Both service animals and pet dogs are allowed to travel in Apollo vehicles. There is a NZ$299 pet service fee, this excludes service animals (2 Max)

DRIVERS LICENCES
All drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a full and current New Zealand driver's licence, or an International Driving Licence, or a licence from the country of origin with an approved English translation by an accredited translator. No senior age limit applies.

CANCELLATION FEES
If cancelled 31+ days prior to pick-up. $250
If cancelled from 30 days to 7 days prior to pick up: 25% of Gross Rental
If cancelled less than 7 days prior to pick-up – 50% of Total Rental (minimum $250)
If cancelled on day of pick-up or no show – 100% of Rental including (minimum $250)\

There is no refund for late pick-up or early return
• If Vehicle is returned early there is no refund available for the unused days
• The cancellation fee period is based on New Zealand Standard time

Please note that if you change the travel dates of your booking and subsequently cancel:
• The cancellation fee applying to the original cancellation period will apply where you have postponed your travel date

BOOKING AMENDMENTS
NZ$25 fee will apply to booking is made then the booking will be calculated by using the original rate if the hire is being extended at the end of the hire. If the hire length is being reduced/ or changing the pick-up date/ or changing the hirer name/ or a change of location/ or vehicle and the rate has increased then this higher rate will be applied.
