PICK-UP & DROP-OFF HOURS AND FEES
For Indie Campers depots in New Zealand, the standard pick-up time is 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm and the standard drop-off time is 8:00 am to 11:00 am.
If you need times outside those windows, this may be possible but can involve an Out-of-Hours Fee and need approval.

MINIMUM DAYS HIRE
Our site will quote minimum the minimum hire period on your dates. Please note e.g: if the minimum hire period is e.g. 7 days and you enter 5 days, the site will quote the 7-day minimum charge.

ONE WAY HIRE COSTS & CLEANING FEES
These fees are built into the "TOTAL DAILY HIRE RATE" you see when entering dates on any Camper page.

PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit of 50% of total cost when reserving and the remaining 50% 40 days prior to hire start. Any hire starting within 40 days full payment is required immediately.
Clients can pay the deposit and/or full payment by Bank/Money transfer and avoid Merchant Credit Card fees. To do this make a Reservation without a Credit Card and we shall email you our Bank details and send Confirmation soon as we receive either the required Deposit or full payment.(start within 40 days)

DRIVERS LICENCES
Minimum required age for Indie Campers is 18 years of age and must be valid for automatic and manual transmission RVs. All drivers must carry a valid full license from their country of residence. If it is not in English, you must also present an International Driving Permit or a suitable translation. License must be valid for the entire rental period. Other Driver License Rules may apply, please refer to the full set of terms and conditions for more information.

CANCELLATION OPTIONS
Basic policy (Included in daily hire rate) You'll get a 5% refund if you cancel at anytime, at least 24h before pick-up. No refunds for same-day cancellations.

Flexible Cancellation Option - To select this option, you must pay for a flexible Cancellation upgrade listed under " Optional Hire Equipment & Extra Services" offered when reserving
You will receive a full refund if the booking is cancelled more or equal than 30 days before pick-up
50% if the booking is canceled more than 7 days and less than 30 days before pick-up
5% refund if the booking is cancelled less or equal than 7 and more than 1 days before pick-up
The refund is calculated on the total booking value, including all services added or subcontracted up to the Cancellation date.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS
All amendments are entirely at the discretion of Indie Campers. Any accepted amendments attract the hire rate on that day for the entire hire
Any Reservation with a Basic Protection plan will not be considered for a refund for any Trip modification, regardless of the timing of such request.
It is not possible to change pick-up date with less than 30 days before pick-up time, even if you select a Flexible Cancellation Policy
If you choose to shorten your trip with more than 30 days before the pick-up time and have selected the Flexible Cancellation Policy, the amount paid for those nights will be credited to your account.
If you choose to shorten your trip with less than 30 days before the pick-up time, you will be credited with 5% of the value paid for those nights.
You cannot extend while you are on a trip or less than 48 hours before pick-up time.
You can only change your drop-off date at the latest 48 hours before pick-up time.
NZ Motorhomes applies a NZ$50 amendment fee on any accepted date/location changes
