INSURANCE - STANDARD LIABILITY
With standard liability, your customers are liable for up to $7,500 per incident, with unlimited liability in relation to overhead and underbody cover, as well as single vehicle rollover. Any damage to the Motorhome or any third party property during the hire will need to be paid during the vehicle drop off process. Costs incurred will be calculated and recovered at end of the hire, regardless of any independent cover they may have. Customers choosing a standard liability option will need to allow sufficient time at drop-off to enable a damage inspection.

BRITZ INCLUSIVE PACK - LIABILITY REDUCED OPTION
*Inclusive Pack should be booked when reserving vehicle
The Britz Inclusive Pack of NZ$70 per day (maximum NZ$3,500 per rental) is payable in addition to the daily rental rate.

ROAD USER CHARGE
This is a Diesel Levy charged by New Zealand Government and the Motorhome Rental Companies pass this charge on to hirers.
The Kilometres travelled are assessed at hire end and charged to clients per 100 Kms Travelled (Only applies to diesel Vehicles)
4 & 6 Berths NZ$8.04 per 100 kms, All diesel vehicles NZ$7.64

MINIMUM DAYS HIRE
Minimum and maximum rental periods apply and are subject to change.

ONE WAY HIRE FEES
Any applicable fees will be shown on "SEE ALL CHARGES & INSURANCE OPTIONS" Page

LOCATION FEES
If picking up or dropping off in Queenstown a NZ$260 location fee will apply (Only once)
In addition to any One Way fees if applicable which will show when reserving

PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
A NZ$120 surcharge will apply to all rentals picking up and/or dropping off on National public holidays:

DRIVERS LICENCES
All drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a full and current New Zealand driver's licence, or an International Driving Licence, or a licence from the country of origin with an approved English translation by an accredited translator. No senior age limit applies.

CANCELLATION FEES
If cancelled 31+ days prior to pick-up. $250
If cancelled from 30 days to 7 days prior to pick up: 25% of Gross Rental
If cancelled less than 7 days prior to pick-up – 50% of Total Rental (minimum $250)
If cancelled on day of pick-up or no show – 100% of Rental including (minimum $250)\

There is no refund for late pick-up or early return
• If Vehicle is returned early there is no refund available for the unused days
• The cancellation fee period is based on New Zealand Standard time

Please note that if you change the travel dates of your booking and subsequently cancel:
• The cancellation fee applying to the original cancellation period will apply where you have postponed your travel date

BOOKING AMENDMENTS
A NZ$25 fee will apply to amend a reservation and will apply the original rate if the hire is being extended at the end of the hire. If the hire length is being reduced/ or changing the pick-up date/ or changing the hirer name/ or a change of location/ or vehicle and the day rate has increased then this higher rate will be applied.
