IMPORTANT NOTE: A CREDIT CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD MUST BE PRESENTED UPON PICKUP OR THE CLIENT WILL BE DENIED RENTAL OF THE MOTORHOME AND FULL CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE APPLIED. Accepted are Visa Credit/Debit card & MasterCard Credit/Debit card and American Express Credit card.

INSURANCE - STANDARD LIABILITY
With standard liability, your customers are liable for up to $5,000 per incident,($3,500 Highball & Double down) with unlimited liability in relation to overhead and underbody cover, as well as single vehicle rollover. Any damage to the Motorhome or any third party property during the hire will need to be paid during the vehicle drop off process. Costs incurred will be calculated and recovered at end of the hire, regardless of any independent cover they may have. Customers choosing a standard liability option will need to allow sufficient time at drop-off to enable a damage inspection.

The Mighty Value Pack of NZ$60 per day (Highball & Double Down $47 per day) is payable in addition to the daily rental rate and includes Reduction Option (Nil excess ) Picnic table, Picnic chairs, (chair per person travelling) Baby/ Booster seats, Portable fan heater & Snow chains if required. Single vehicle rollover cover, Overhead and underbody damage, Extra Driver Fees, Linen exchange after 7 hire days (on request from Auckland, Christchurch or Queenstown)

EXTRA DRIVER FEES
An extra driver fee of NZ$4 per day with maximum charge of NZ$60 applies. Included in the Value Pack.

ANIMALS
Both service animals and pet dogs are allowed to travel in Apollo vehicles. There is a NZ$299 pet service fee, this excludes service animals (2 Max)

The Kilometres travelled are assessed at hire end and charged to clients per 100 Kms Travelled (Only applies to diesel Vehicles)

All other Vehicles $7.64

MINIMUM DAYS HIRE
Site will quote Minimum charge. Please note eg: if the minimum hire period is say, 10 days and you enter example 8 days the site will quote the 10 day minimum charge.

ONE WAY HIRE FEES
Any applicable fees will be shown on "GET A FULL QUOTE " Page

LOCATION FEES
If picking up or dropping off in Queenstown a NZ$250 location fee will apply (if pick up/drop off occurs in same city, one fee applies).
In addition to any One Way fees if applicable

PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
A NZ$115 surcharge will apply to all rentals picking up and/or dropping off on National public holidays:

DRIVERS LICENCES
All drivers must be at least 21 years old (18 yrs for Highball & Double down) and hold a full and current New Zealand driver's licence, or an International Driving Licence, or a licence from the country of origin with an approved English translation by an accredited translator. No senior age limit applies.

CANCELLATION FEES
If cancelled 31+ days prior to pick-up. $250
If cancelled from 30 days to 7 days prior to pick up: 25% of Gross Rental
If cancelled less than 7 days prior to pick-up – 50% of Total Rental (minimum $250)
If cancelled on day of pick-up or no show – 100% of Rental including (minimum $250)\

There is no refund for late pick-up or early return
• If Vehicle is returned early there is no refund available for the unused days
• The cancellation fee period is based on New Zealand Standard time

Please note that if you change the travel dates of your booking and subsequently cancel:
• The cancellation fee applying to the original cancellation period will apply where you have postponed your travel date

BOOKING AMENDMENTS
NZ$25 fee will apply to booking is made then the booking will be calculated by using the original rate if the hire is being extended at the end of the hire. If the hire length is being reduced/ or changing the pick-up date/ or changing the hirer name/ or a change of location/ or vehicle and the rate has increased then this higher rate will be applied.
