INSURANCE - STANDARD LIABILITY
With standard liability, your customers are liable for up to $3500 per incident, with unlimited liability in relation to overhead and underbody cover, as well as single vehicle rollover. Any damage to the Motorhome or any third-party property during the hire will need to be paid during the vehicle drop off process. Costs incurred will be calculated and recovered at end of the hire, regardless of any independent cover they may have. Customers choosing a standard liability option will need to allow sufficient time at drop-off to enable a damage inspection.

HIGH ROAD
NZ$40 per day, Liability for damage reduced to Nil, Security Deposit NZ$250 (Imprint only) Includes front, back, side, overhead, underbody and awning damage, towing and recovery costs. Does NOT cover windscreen or tyre damage. (Maximum NZ$2,000 per rental)

VALUE PACK - LIABILITY REDUCED OPTION
*Value Pack should be booked when reserving vehicle
The Value Pack of NZ$50 per day (maximum NZ$2,500 per rental) is payable in addition to the daily rental rate.
Reduction Option (Nil excess) Single vehicle rollover cover, Overhead and underbody damage, Extra Driver Fees, Linen exchange after 7 hire days (on request from Auckland, Christchurch or Queenstown) Picnic table, Picnic chairs (chairs per person travelling) Booster/Baby/Child seats, 3 x Toilet Chemicals, Portable Fan heater & Snow chains

PLATINUM PACK
The Platinum Pack of NZ$70 per day (maximum NZ$3,500 per rental) is payable in addition to the daily rental rate. 10-day minimum hire required.
Liability is reduced to Nil - Plus Extended Roadside Assistance - Front, Side, Back, Overhead, Underbody, Single Vehicle Rollover & Awning Damage Cover, Towing and Recovery costs - Windscreen and Tyre Protection Cover – 1 x Linen exchange after 7 hire days (on request from Auckland, Christchurch or Queenstown) Picnic table, Picnic chairs (chairs per person travelling) Booster/Baby/Child seats, 3 x Toilet Chemicals, Portable Fan heater, Drop & Go Pack & Snow chains (if required).

ROAD USER CHARGE
This is a Diesel Levy charged by New Zealand Government and the Motorhome Rental Companies pass this charge on to hirers.
The Kilometres travelled are assessed at hire end and charged to clients per 100 Kms Travelled (Only applies to diesel Vehicles)
4 & 6 Berths NZ$8.18, all other diesel vehicles NZ$8.00

MINIMUM DAYS HIRE
Minimum and maximum rental periods apply and are subject to change.

ONE WAY HIRE FEES
Any applicable fees will be shown on "SEE ALL CHARGES & INSURANCE OPTIONS' page

LOCATION FEES
If picking up or dropping off in Queenstown a NZ$270 location fee will apply (Only once)
In addition to any One-Way fees if applicable which will show when reserving

PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
A NZ$120 surcharge will apply to all rentals picking up and/or dropping off on National public holidays:

DRIVERS LICENCES
All drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a full and current New Zealand driver's licence, or an International Driving Licence, or a licence from the country of origin with an approved English translation by an accredited translator. No senior age limit applies.

CANCELLATION FEES
If cancelled 61+ days prior to pick-up ($350)
If cancelled from 60 days to 31 days prior to pick up: $350
If cancelled from 30 days to 7 days prior to pick up: 25% of Total Rental (minimum $350)
If cancelled less than 7 days prior to pick-up – 60% of Total Rental (minimum $350)
If cancelled on day of pick-up or no show – 100% of Total Rental

There is no refund for late pick-up or early return
• If Vehicle is returned early there is no refund available for the unused days
• The cancellation fee period is based on New Zealand Standard time

Please note that if you change the travel dates of your booking and subsequently cancel:
• The cancellation fee applying to the original cancellation period will apply where you have postponed your travel date

BOOKING AMENDMENTS
A NZ$50 Administration Fee will apply to amend a booking. When we amend a reservation the current daily hire rate applies only to the added days. The pricing is as the discretion of the company we have booked you with and outside of our control.
